Dr. Stinson: Okay, today is June 06, 2011, we’re here with Alex. Alex presented to our office on May 20, 2011, excuse me, April 11, 2011. I’m going to let you take it over, Alex. And if you could, just give us a history of how often you’ve been having headaches, how frequent they were, and how they’re doing now.

Alex: I’ve had headaches for as long as I can remember, they were really, really, bad to the point where I’d wear sunglasses, had to close the blinds, migraine is awful. Like I said I’ve had them for as long as I can remember. And I came here for a back problem, and he felt on my neck and corrected my neck and I’ve haven’t had a headache since at least a month. It’s amazing that I haven’t gone a while without a headache. I love it.
